What Our Guests Are Saying
Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would definitely stay again. Only issue is we didn’t know you had to request cleaning of room or restock of k-cups. The courtyard was lovely. Location was perfect- close to town yet quiet, away from the crowds.Posted on Kim SchmidtTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very clean, quiet and beautiful hotel. Updated rooms, nice courtyard, and walking distance to everything. Plus there’s a microwave! Great for families, pets and couples. Just a heads up for those who know you are going to check In late, they will not send you the code until AFTER they close through text (even if you know you let them know the same day or hours before they close). When I tried to call a couple days ahead for the self check in instructions they were hard to get a hold of through phone which made me anxious (I tried to call a couple times on different days). But once I found out you can text them, they responded much faster and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything. So I definitely recommend texting them if you do not hear back from them which I think is a different number from their main line. The only negative thing I would say is the shower head in our room was awkwardly short. I am 5’2 and it was perfect for me but my partner who is 6’2 had to crouch down a little. Just something to keep in mind for those who are taller.Posted on LisaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Check in is quick and easy and I personally liked the occasional text message letting me know about check in times and all the amenities welcomed to our stay. And the best part is your just a block away from solving so you can walk there without a problem. All windows except for the bathroom one have blackout curtains. It has two main areas to stay at the front king size bed and the back courtyard. I posted a few photos of my stay. My room had a small kitchenete that I didn't take a photo of. It has a kirig coffee machine and a microwave. The fireplace in the main room has a self starting timer that makes the room perfectly toasty in the cold morning. I never used the tv but both are connected to Roku. Next to the door are two door hangers Bedroom is spacious but the bed feels stiff at first, but after a moment of laying down it slowly starts to form to your body. Both sides of the bed have multiple charger ports including one universal port and 4 USB types. Not photoed was the corner closet that has a iron and ironing board, and multiple wooden hangers. The closest has two parts to it a "upstairs" and below, the top is empty and I used if to store my pack. The bathroom is a little tight for two people, the shower has a glass wall separating it from the restroom. As long as you aren't dancing in the shower it should hold everything in. Not much I can say besides it's a restroom and it's extremely clean. Check out was simple, at 11AM just return the key to the front desk and your free to go. This might change in Time or not.Posted on Isaiah SoteloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place was absolutely charming! The grounds were very well manicured and clean. It was not located centrally which was perfect and quiet and was walking distance to everything!Posted on Theresa LeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our family had the most wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel in Solvang! The updates are absolutely beautiful — everything feels fresh, stylish, and comfortable while still keeping that charming Danish village character. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed, with modern touches that make you feel right at home. We loved how family-friendly the property is — the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to all the shops, bakeries, and tasting rooms. For wine lovers, this is the ideal spot! You can stroll to some of Solvang’s best wine bars or take a quick drive to nearby vineyards. Overall, this family-friendly, beautifully renovated hotel is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and small-town charm. We’ll definitely be coming back!Posted on Connie LeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Charming boutique hotel with newly renovated rooms and courtyards.
